The salaries of medical workers have been significantly increased

From January 1, 2026, the salaries of medical workers have been increased. In particular, it is planned to increase the average monthly salary of doctors from 15 to 30 percent.

Also, through the KPI system, incentive payments are made depending on work efficiency and treatment results, which can amount to up to 50 percent of the salary.

In addition, the salaries of nurses and junior medical personnel will be increased by an average of 20 percent.

This innovation was noted in the presidential decree "On Measures to Support Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers" dated 09.11.2025.
