Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the technopark in the city of Chirchiq and ознакомился with the operations of defense industry enterprises. The head of state was shown the production processes of armored vehicles and remotely controlled combat modules. This was reported by podrobno.uz. reports .
It is noted that the new combat modules make it possible to detect and neutralize moving and stationary targets even in poor visibility conditions. They are equipped with automated control, stabilization, optical surveillance, and modern targeting systems.
Technopark specialists carry out the full work cycle: from assembling components to configuring software, integrating weapons, and conducting range tests. The finished modules are being installed on light armored vehicles, special-purpose cars, boats, and APCs.
It was emphasized that the project is being implemented together with local and foreign partners, which will help increase production volumes, create new jobs, and strengthen the national technological base. The President instructed officials to strictly control product quality and reliability, expand localization, and develop engineering capacity.
