Uzbekistan delivered humanitarian aid to Iran

The Government of Uzbekistan delivered humanitarian aid to the people of Iran. This was officially reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.

It is reported that the humanitarian cargo included food products, including flour, rice, sugar, pasta products, sunflower oil, various canned goods, as well as medicines and medical supplies, which were delivered to the Iranian side.

At the ceremony of receiving the humanitarian cargo, the mayor of Daregaz, Mojtaba Bazmara, the head of the representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran in Khorasan Razavi province, advisor to the minister Ali Masumifar, as well as Iran’s ambassador to Turkmenistan Ali Mojtaba Rouzbehani took part.

During the event, the responsible officials expressed sincere gratitude to the President of Uzbekistan for the humanitarian aid and the attention shown to the people of Iran.

It was also emphasized that this initiative is a vivid example of friendship, solidarity, and mutual support between the two countries.
