Uzbekistan to use AI for enforcement of court decisions

Uzbekistan is set to launch a massive digitalization campaign within its system for executing court documents. This initiative was officially established by a presidential decree signed on March 30.

According to the new document, artificial intelligence technologies will be integrated into the daily operations of state executors starting January 1, 2027. This technological upgrade aims to automate at least 70 percent of the decisions made during the execution process.

Furthermore, all administrative procedures related to the enforcement of court orders will gradually transition to a fully electronic format. Officials believe this shift will significantly minimize the human factor, guarantee transparency, and accelerate the overall decision-making speed. The decree places a strong emphasis on the complete digitalization of enforcement actions, including the electronic distribution of any funds recovered during these procedures.

In addition, starting July 1, 2026, the government will simplify the registration process for motor vehicles and real estate that are transferred to state revenue based on court rulings. These specific assets will be handed over directly to the State Assets Management Agency through a simple decision issued by the state executor.
