Zelensky said Ukraine is ready for talks with Russia in any format

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready for negotiations with Russia in any format. The politician called for a halt to the attacks on the country.

The politician said that he had spoken with the foreign and defense ministers of Luxembourg. The talks discussed mutual cooperation between European countries and support for Ukraine. The parties noted the need for a ceasefire for at least 30 days.

On April 29, Zelensky immediately proposed a 30-day ceasefire. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said it supported a 30-day ceasefire that could start on any date.
