Trump reveals Russia’s plans on Ukraine: Moscow wants to capture the entire country!

U.S. President Donald Trump spoke about Russia's plans regarding Ukraine, stating that the Kremlin truly wants to take over the entire country. He highlighted this in an interview with NBC News.

“The territories that Russia currently controls are not enough. They want the entire Ukraine. If I hadn’t intervened in time, Moscow would have launched an even larger and more intense war against Ukraine,” Trump said.

Previously, on April 24, Trump claimed that Russia was willing to make significant concessions and now only seeks control over certain regions of Ukraine, not the whole country. However, he later called Ukraine’s demands for the return of occupied territories, including Crimea, “meaningless.”

According to The Wall Street Journal, the U.S. government has prepared several proposals aimed at peacefully resolving the conflict. These include formally recognizing Crimea as Russian, secretly acknowledging Russian control over newly occupied territories, and removing Ukraine’s NATO membership bid from negotiations.

Earlier this April, when asked “What could Russia agree to?”, Trump responded, “To stop the war and give up trying to take over the entire country.” He also emphasized that Russia is ready to compromise, citing Putin’s personal respect for him.

“I believe Vladimir Putin respects me. That’s why I believe Russia won’t take all of Ukraine. Even if it’s his plan, he may change it because of my position,” Trump concluded.

These statements by the U.S. president are expected to spark heated international debate over the future of the conflict. Russia’s stated goals in Ukraine will likely be central to future political negotiations.
