Located in Moscow and considered the largest shopping and entertainment complex in Europe, "Aviapark" has been put up for sale. According to the Pravilamag publication, its owners plan to sell the property for 100–120 billion rubles.
According to sources, nearly half of this amount consists of debt obligations. Purchase offers have been sent to major investment companies and organizations operating in this sector.
"Aviapark" is located in the Khodynka Field area, near the CSKA metro station. Its total area is approximately 400,000 square meters, earning it the title of the largest shopping mall in Europe.
The complex was built in 2014 and currently belongs to JSC "TVK Aviapark". The owner of the company is Darkforest Holding Company, registered in Cyprus (as of December 2022).
Interestingly, “Aviapark” was also put up for sale in 2017. However, according to NF Group representative Marina Malakhatko, the deal did not go through due to disagreements between the buyer and seller regarding the valuation.
