Trump: Europe remains dependent on Russian energy

U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, addressed the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

According to him, if the United States does not agree to a settlement with Moscow, large tariffs could be imposed on Russia.

Trump stressed that European countries must also stop purchasing energy from Russia.

“Europe cannot stand up to Russia and cannot continue to depend on its energy resources. This is truly disgraceful,” he said.

In Trump’s view, Europe still remains dependent on Moscow, and this situation must be changed decisively.
