Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova emphasized that the West, through certain political moves, is trying to damage the close relations between the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan. However, according to her, the historical cooperation and brotherhood that have bound the two countries for centuries continue to counter such attempts.
“Through the media, people form a correct perception of events and gain a deeper understanding of various traditions and values. But in today’s world, there are forces seeking to sever our ties. They intend to impose alien ideas on us and weaken the brotherhood among generations. Yet our common history, our past soaked in blood, and our shared values have always given us the strength to withstand any pressure,” Zakharova said at the Russia-Kazakhstan media forum.
According to her, various humanitarian projects are being implemented between the two states. At the same time, journalists also play an important role in strengthening allied relations through the creation of a unified information space.
