The legendary papaks of former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov will soon be available for purchase directly at an auction on Telegram. The messenger's founder, Pavel Durov, announced this on his channel, emphasizing the special value of these headwear.
"The legendary Habib's papakha is a collection of items symbolizing traditions, freedom, and respect. As the undefeated champion himself said: "Some gifts have not only value, but also meaning," Durov said. The auction will become an opportunity for fans to purchase a unique artifact associated with the legendary activities of the athlete.
Khabib Nurmagomedov ended his professional mixed martial arts career with a record of 29−0. He had his last fight in October 2020, defeating Justin Gagey by submission in the second round. In July 2022, he was officially inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame, consolidating his undefeated championship status.
According to Durov, the auction will be held on Telegram using a messenger functionality, which will allow collectors worldwide to participate in the auction. This is one of the first cases where the stars' items are sold through a platform created by its founder.
