Zelenskiy comments on end of war in Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that many issues in the Russia-Ukraine conflict could be resolved by the end of the year. Commenting on meetings and negotiations, he noted that much depends on Ukraine’s partners.

“Today is one of the most active diplomatic days, and many things can be resolved before the New Year,” Zelenskiy said.

On Sunday, December 28, U.S. President Donald Trump will meet Zelenskiy in Florida. The meeting will discuss possibilities for reaching an agreement to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Earlier, Zelenskiy said he viewed the possibility of reaching an agreement with Trump positively. The meeting is considered an important step in diplomatic efforts on the conflict.
