Simultaneously, a diplomatic "second front" is opening up: Trump's special envoy, Steve Whitkoff, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, are reportedly heading to Moscow, where they will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Ukrainian issue. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the delegation will arrive in Moscow in the evening - after 19:00-20:00.
