Will Telegram be completely blocked in Russia from April 1st?

News has spread that Telegram may be completely blocked in Russia starting April 1st, citing Baza sources. It states that the lockdown can also be implemented nationwide through mobile networks and home (stationary) internet.
At the same time, Roskomnadzor neither confirmed nor denied this information: the press service stated that "there are no additional comments" beyond the previously published information.
What's important: this isn't news like "suddenly the sky collapsed," there are already started restrictions in the background. In recent days, there have been reports of phased restrictions and fines against Telegram, and the Kremlin also explained the restrictions as "non-compliance with the law."
The context is even broader: if we recall that stricter measures were implemented against WhatsApp, while Instagram and Facebook were previously restricted, the talk of April 1st naturally alerts people. But for now, this is not a "fact" in which the official decision was announced, but a scenario based on sources.
