Russia and the US are discussing a "secret agreement" on Iran

Reports of secret agreements and intelligence games between major powers continue to circulate on the world political scene. This time, the focus of the debates is the trio of Russia, the USA, and Iran. Zamin.uz presents the details of the "secret agreement" published by international publications and the official responses to it.

One of the influential Western publications, Politico, published a material about top-secret negotiations between representatives of Russia and the USA on the Iranian issue. According to reports, the Kremlin offered Washington an unexpected agreement on the exchange of intelligence.

What was on the negotiating table?

According to media reports, a meeting was held last week in Miami between the special representative of the Russian president, Kirill Dmitriev, and Donald Trump's trusted representatives, Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner.

  • Russian proposal: Moscow is said to undertake to stop providing Iran with precise coordinates and satellite images of US military facilities.
  • The US condition: In return, Washington had to stop providing intelligence to Ukraine.

However, Trump's representatives rejected this agreement, which was intended to abandon support for Ukraine.

"Fake" or truth?

The Russian side immediately reacted to these reports. Kirill Dmitriev briefly called this information "fake" on his social media page.

At the same time, Donald Trump previously stated that he is not particularly concerned about the transfer of Russian intelligence to Tehran, since the US "has already won the war."

2026: Threats and Alliances

Experts believe that in 2026, Iran's attacks will become more precise and dangerous. This is due to several factors:

  1. Technology exchange: Cooperation between Moscow and Tehran in the field of strike drones and reconnaissance has expanded.
  2. The Chinese factor: Beijing is also actively exchanging information with Iran. This allows Chinese ships to safely cross the Strait of Hormuz.

Dear readers, do you think such reports about the "intelligence trade" are close to the truth, or is it simply a way to exert political pressure? How will the balancing of Ukrainian and Iranian issues affect global security?
