This visit is being carried out at the invitation of Anna Paulina Luna. Within the framework of this visit, it is planned to hold a dialogue and exchange of views between Russian and American legislators.
The deputy explained that the US initially requested a refusal of the gifts. "But when we arrived, the concept changed - they gave us socks with the image of Trump and the personal badge of Congresswoman Luna (Anna Paulina) - this is a way to show their love," Delyagin said.
According to observers, such unusual and humorous gifts serve to soften the atmosphere of official meetings and further liberalize communication.
