The Iranian political arena has once again witnessed a serious statement. The Speaker of the country’s parliament, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf, who is considered one of the most influential representatives of the Iranian leadership, delivered an address dedicated to the first month of the war.
In Qalibaf’s address, the issues of negotiations with the United States and military actions were extensively covered. According to the speaker, the enemy, while outwardly showing readiness for negotiations, is actively preparing behind the scenes for ground military operations. This clearly demonstrates how serious and complex the situation is.
Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf emphasized that the United States is attempting to advance its interests through a “15-point list.” As the speaker noted, America is undertaking various strategic actions to achieve goals it could not accomplish during the war.
“Iranian forces maintain a firm position and are waiting for American soldiers to step onto Iranian soil to be caught in a rain of bullets,” Qalibaf stated.
At the same time, Iran does not consider any option of surrender, and Tehran’s position remains firm and clear: the country continues to defend its independence and dignity. This stance of the country deserves serious attention on the international stage and demonstrates the need to maintain balance in negotiations and relations with the United States and other partner countries.
The firmness of the Iranian leadership is especially important from the perspective of the strategic situation and military readiness in the region. The country seeks to ensure stability through its armed forces and diplomatic means, and this position serves as a signal to global powers in the region.
