Ford Motor is recalling more than 148,000 vehicles in the US under two separate campaigns, reports Reuters via Finance.ua.
The first recall affects 123,611 units of the 2017–2018 Ford F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator. These vehicles may experience brake fluid leaks, reducing braking effectiveness and increasing stopping distances.
Dealers will replace faulty components such as the master brake cylinder or vacuum booster at no cost.
A second recall involves 24,655 units of the 2025 Ford Explorer, where the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) may unexpectedly reboot during driving. This could disable the vehicle’s automatic parking system or cause the engine to stall.
Dealers will provide a free software update to resolve the issue. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
