Citizen’s Onix with a Painted Surface Was Replaced with a New Car

A citizen filed a complaint with the Competition Committee regarding the Onix car they bought, where it was discovered that parts of the vehicle were painted, which didn’t meet the required standards.

The citizen had purchased an Onix Premier for 221.64 million UZS with a 50% down payment from the Asacar dealership. After the issue was identified, they approached the dealership for an exchange, but their request was denied.

Afterward, the citizen turned to the Competition Committee, which, in collaboration with UzAuto Motors, investigated the matter and arranged for a new vehicle to be delivered. Additionally, the related expenses of 10.5 million UZS were fully reimbursed.
