New car loan interest will be reimbursed to those who have surrendered worn-out cars

Starting from August 1, 2026, individuals and legal entities who have surrendered obsolete vehicles under the "trade-in" program will be reimbursed part of the interest on the car loan for the purchase of a new car.
This initiative is being implemented to encourage the local population to upgrade their vehicles and ensure environmental sustainability. The program also provides for a reduction in the financial burden of the population by reducing costs for the transition to new modes of transport.
In addition, by the end of 2026, within the framework of the "Environmental Transport" system, the territory of the city of Tashkent will be divided into "red," "yellow," and "green" zones in order to ensure environmental safety and regulate traffic flow. This is intended to optimize traffic flow within the city, improve air quality, and reduce traffic congestion.
