The Senat company, introduced as a more affordable and mass-market sub-brand of Aurus, has released official photos and technical specifications for its first model, the Senat 900 sedan. This vehicle is a deeply modernized version of the Hongqi H9 and, with its large dimensions, joins the ranks of executive-class sedans. This is reported by Ixbt.com reports .
The car is equipped with a 3.0-liter, 326 hp V6 turbo engine. The engine, producing 450 Nm of torque, works in tandem with an 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. According to the manufacturer, the sedan reaches 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.
The model's equipment includes an air suspension system, special noise-absorbing layers, an interior finished in natural leather and wood, and a massage function for the rear seats. Additionally, the media system is fully localized into Russian, offering a user-friendly interface.
The public presentation of the Senat 900 model will take place on June 4, 2026, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Production of the cars is planned to be established at the former Toyota plant in St. Petersburg, where Toyota RAV4 and Toyota Camry models were previously assembled.
