A road traffic accident involving two vehicles occurred in the Jalaquduq district of the Andijan region. As a result of the collision, one of the cars fell into a ditch on the side of the road. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
According to reports, the incident took place on May 10 at approximately 16:20 on the D-138 highway passing through the “Besh karam” neighborhood in the Jalaquduq district.
A Damas vehicle driven by M.N. pulled out abruptly from a secondary road onto the main road. At that moment, it collided with a Lacetti traveling on the main road.
Due to the impact, the driver of the Lacetti lost control, and the car fell into a roadside ditch. Both vehicles sustained technical damage as a result of the accident.
Most importantly, the drivers and passengers were not injured in the accident. In such situations, a few seconds of inattention can lead to serious consequences. This time, thankfully, the situation ended only with material damage.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by officers from the Jalaquduq District Traffic Safety Department. Specialists are studying the causes of the accident and whether traffic rules were followed.
This incident serves as a reminder to drivers: do not rush when entering a main road from a secondary one. The thought of “I’ll make it” can sometimes be very costly. The priority is safety, not speed.
