New 2027 Skoda Kodiaq undergoing testing in the Alps

A test prototype of the 2027 Skoda Kodiaq crossover has been spotted on European roads. Images of the vehicle, captured near the Alps, were published by autoevolution. According to the photos, the front of the crossover will be significantly redesigned in line with the brand's new corporate style. This is reported by Ixbt.com .
The front of the popular model has taken on sharper lines, and the air intake under the bumper has abandoned the traditional honeycomb grille in favor of horizontal elements. Additionally, the vertical air ducts and radiator grille have been modified, bringing the vehicle's exterior closer to the Modern Solid design language.
According to preliminary information, the interior is also set for major updates. Skoda may move away from the Volkswagen Group's fourth-generation multimedia system in favor of the Android Automotive platform. This will provide users with a more convenient interface and broader capabilities.
Another significant change concerns the control elements. It is expected that the digital control dial, which debuted on the Tiguan and Kodiaq models, will be replaced by physical buttons for quick access to frequently used functions. This helps the driver stay focused on the road.
