Actress and designer Shahzoda Muhammedova, in one of her interviews with journalist Yulduz Mavlyanova, shared interesting and controversial thoughts about her personal life.
During the conversation, she was asked:
“Why did you put your daughter through hardship and take her with you to shootings and work even at night?”
According to Shahzoda Muhammedova, her daughter herself chose breast milk, and for this reason she breastfed Milana until the age of 3.5. Since the child’s food was always with her, she had to take her daughter along to work and filming sessions. She also openly said that at times, while driving a car, she breastfed her daughter with one hand and held the steering wheel with the other.
According to the actress, this period was very difficult for her:
“I struggled a lot,” she says.
At the same time, she compared her experience of raising her children. According to her, her son chose formula instead of breast milk. She opposed the widely spread belief in society that a child fed with breast milk is healthy and rarely gets sick with her personal experience.
According to the actress, despite the fact that her daughter was fed with breast milk, she often got sick, and they had to frequently visit pediatricians. On the contrary, her son, although fed with formula, is healthy and does not get sick often.
“So this belief is not always correct,” Shahzoda Muhammedova concluded.
