Lilly emphasized that the situation made her realize she needs to slow down her pace of life and get more rest. She also thanked fans for their support.
“I truly do have a brain injury, caused by a head injury, and there may be other factors as well,” the actress said. “Now my job is to figure it out with doctors and then begin the complex work of fixing the situation. I’m not looking forward to it, because it feels like my whole life is made up of hard work.”
According to her, the cognitive decline observed after a serious facial injury also forced her to slow down in order to finish 2025 more calmly.
