Sindarov concluded that regular self-improvement is key to achieving high results and becoming a leader in any field.
To Uzbek chess player Javokhir Sindorov, who won the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Candidates Tournament:
"Today, millions of Uzbek youth want to be like Javokhir Sindorov." What needs to be done to achieve this?"
Sindorov responded to this question by emphasizing that there was a lot of hard work behind his success:
"A great deal of hard work lies behind achieving such results." Before this competition, for 20 days, I practically paid no attention to anything but chess. I played chess with my teacher for 10 hours a day.
These results are not of a single day or 20 days - they are the result of 10-15 years of tireless work. I believe that in any profession, if a person constantly works on themselves, they will definitely achieve high results and can become the strongest in their field," Sindorov said.
