Shoxruh Xamdamov: "I am against lavish and luxurious weddings

Actor Shoxruh Xamdamov appeared as a guest on the "Mirsodiqova bilan" show, where he openly expressed his stance on the issue of pompous and excessively luxurious weddings.
The actor emphasized that the most important factor regarding weddings is correctly assessing one's capabilities and avoiding excessive waste: “When you start a task, God provides the blessing. It was the same for me—there was enough for both the wedding and the house. Therefore, one should take a leap of faith to start a wedding, but on one condition: you must stretch your legs according to the length of your blanket.”
He also provided an example of the negative consequences of lavish weddings: “A younger brother [acquaintance] of mine married a famous girl. He was from an ordinary family, but to avoid being embarrassed in front of the bride's side, he held a 40,000 dollar wedding. As a result, he could not recover for three years after the wedding. Is such a life necessary?”
According to the actor, large weddings only leave a temporary impression: “After the wedding passes, everyone forgets anyway. However, the debt and credit remain on the person's shoulders. I do not understand such people. Sometimes I even want to say, 'It would have been better if you hadn't had a wedding at all.'”
Shoxruh Xamdamov also spoke about his own wedding: “In fact, I was against having a wedding ceremony at all. My intention was to have a compact, simple wedding at home for 10 people.”
These opinions have been widely discussed on social media, with many followers supporting the actor's views.
