Uzbek pop singer Jaloliddin Ahmadaliyev has provided a candid response to the question many have been asking: why are his concert tickets so expensive?
The singer stated that he has heard this question frequently and did not hide the fact that he is tired of discussing it. He noted that while many people complain that his "tickets are very expensive," he is not directly involved in this matter.
The singer explains that the organizations that host his concerts sign contracts with him for up to 5 years. It is these organizers who set ticket prices based on specific plans and schedules, and then distribute them to box offices and online platforms. In this process, the singer has no influence over the prices.
He compared the concert process to a wedding, emphasizing that his role is limited to performing. In other words, he arrives at the event, performs live for 2–3 hours, and then leaves.
He also mentioned that while the decorations, stage design, and other organizational matters are carried out in his name, he only arrives with his team—his musicians—to perform and then departs.
In this way, Jaloliddin Ahmadaliyev reiterated that he has no personal involvement in the pricing of his concert tickets.
