Kazakhstan has taken an important step toward exporting horse meat and products made from it to Japan. Kazakhstan’s “Zhabyak LLP” and Japan’s “Senko Farm” have signed a cooperation memorandum in this area.
It is reported that work on the project has been carried out for several years. The parties have managed to adapt production processes to the strict veterinary and sanitary requirements of the Japanese market and to obtain all necessary permits and certifications.
According to Kazakh Invest, this cooperation is aimed at supplying products with high added value. Company representatives emphasized that the memorandum opens the way for Kazakh horse meat to enter one of the most demanding markets in the world and confirms the quality and competitiveness of the products.
