The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek sum, effective March 25, 2026. Based on the latest updates, most major currencies have shown a downward trend, with the exception of the US dollar.
The US dollar increased by 3.94 sums, reaching a value of 12,196.00 sums. Conversely, the Euro decreased by 56.70 sums, now standing at 13,996.48 sums. The Russian ruble also saw a decline, dropping by 3.54 sums to 143.00 sums.
Other significant changes include the British pound, which decreased by 75.01 sums to 16,197.15 sums, and the Swiss franc, which saw a sharp drop of 131.71 sums, resulting in a rate of 15,361.04 sums. The Chinese yuan fell by 5.17 sums to 1,766.84 sums, while the Japanese yen decreased slightly by 0.04 sums to 76.60 sums.
