By what percentage have dental service prices increased over the year?

According to the National Statistics Agency, a slight increase in dental service prices was observed in April 2026. Within one month, these services became 0.3% more expensive on average.

In a year-on-year comparison, it was reported that the price of dental treatment and related services increased by 4.4% compared to April 2025. This indicates a gradual rise in prices within the medical services market.

The price increase is not limited to dentistry. Diagnostic imaging and medical laboratory services also rose by 0.6% in April.

On an annual basis, services in this sector have become 7.7% more expensive. This is being recorded as one of the highest growth rates in the healthcare sector.

Additionally, an increase was observed in the prices of optical aids. In April, they became 0.6% more expensive, and over a one-year period, they rose by 3.1%.

Previously, it was reported that the volume of services provided in the healthcare sector in Uzbekistan reached 5.4 trillion UZS during January–March 2026.
