In addition, salmon contains vitamins A, D and B12, as well as iron, iodine and phosphorus, which strengthen bones and boost the immune system.

However, salmon is not always affordable or cheap. Nevertheless, zander, mackerel and trout, which are available in Uzbek markets, are also considered very beneficial. They are also sources of omega-3, minerals and vitamins that give strength and energy to the body.

According to doctors, fish should be consumed at least twice a week. Steamed or oven-baked fish is considered healthier than fried.
