According to a new study, poor sleep quality can lead to the development of 172 types of diseases. The study was based on biometrics data from more than 88,000 people, reports uz24.uz.

Scientists studied people's circadian rhythms and how consistently they follow the same sleep and wake times. It is said that people with poor sleep habits may develop 20 percent of 92 diseases.

What are the risks?
If a person is accustomed to going to sleep after 00:30, the risk of liver cirrhosis may increase by 257 percent. Also, significant changes in daily sleep patterns increase the risk of gangrene by 261 percent.

Sleeping at 1 a.m.:
Although going to bed late is harmful, sleeping until 01:00 and then sleeping until 08:00 in the morning is not very bad.
