According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 106 criminal and 596 administrative cases, a total of 702 cases, were identified within the framework of the measures taken in the region. 117 people were held criminally liable, and administrative measures were taken against 633 people. 39 crimes were uncovered, 30 wanted persons were detained. 1,123 people were officially warned.

During the emergency measure held in Andijan, a resident of Khojaabad district demanded $300,000 in return for the documents for a 2-hectare plot of land through acquaintances working in high positions. He was detained while receiving $50,000 of the agreed money.

In another case, a person born in 1967 in Andijan was found to have narcotics and strong drugs in the basement of his house. It was revealed that he was storing 2 kg 37 grams of marijuana and 86 strong drugs with the intention of selling them.
