A private entrepreneur living in the Karmana district of the Navoi region, having gained the trust of a stranger, allegedly sold him 1 hectare of vacant land in the reserve of the district administration, claiming that it belonged to him, and demanded 2 billion soums in exchange for the issuance of cadastral documents through official acquaintances. When he received 1 billion soums of the requested money in Navoi, he was detained with material evidence by employees of the State Security Service and the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office.

In a case observed in Andijan region, brothers living in Khojaabad district are demanding $300,000 in exchange for transferring 2 hectares of land in the state reserve to the buyer through their high-ranking acquaintances. During an operational operation conducted by the State Security Service in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, one of them was detained while receiving $50,000 of the requested funds.

The head of a farm specializing in cotton and grain growing in Uchkuprik district of Fergana region agreed to sell 50 hectares of irrigated land to a buyer for $55,000, and when he received $45,000 of it, his illegal actions were stopped by officers of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.

In another case, the head of a limited liability company producing confectionery products in the Kuva district was caught with material evidence while receiving $35,000 in exchange for registering 10 acres of land in the name of the buyer through acquaintances in the cadastral system as a residential property.

In an operational operation conducted in cooperation with the Tashkent City Department of the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, and the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, a citizen living in the capital was caught while agreeing to sell 16 acres of land in the Tashkent district and in the state reserve for a total of $352,000 per acre, and promising to register it in the name of the buyer through acquaintances in high positions, and receiving $30,000 in advance. The rapid action was continued, and his accomplice - a resident of the Tashkent district, previously convicted of a crime related to fraud - was also detained at the time of receiving the 30 thousand US dollars.

Currently, criminal cases have been initiated against these individuals under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code in all cases, and investigative actions are being conducted.
