According to the Institute of Macroeconomic and Territorial Research, in January-March 2025, housing rental prices in Tashkent decreased compared to the same period last year. In particular, average rents for 1, 2 and 3-room apartments decreased significantly, while rents for 4-room houses became slightly more expensive in some districts due to luxury houses.

Average rental prices for moderately renovated houses (March 2025)
- 1-bedroom — $296 (▼ -16.6%)
- 2-bedroom — $379 (▼ -4.6%)
- 3-bedroom — $454 (▼ -2.9%)
- 4-bedroom — $521 (▼ -4.7%)

- Cheapest districts: Sergeli, Olmazor
- Most expensive districts: Shaykhantohur, Yakkasaroy

Average rental prices for fully renovated houses (March 2025)
- 1-bedroom — $411 (▼ -13.1%)
- 2-bedroom — $547 (▼ -15.0%)
- 3-bedroom — $728 (▼ -8.5%)
- 4-bedroom — $957 (▲ +3.1%)

- The cheapest districts: Sergeli, Uchtepa

Although these changes in the rental market create favorable opportunities for the population, there is an increase in prices for renting 4-room houses due to the influence of the luxury category.
