
New information has been released about the driver of a Gentra car that tried to escape from a traffic police officer in Tashkent and collided with about ten cars. This was reported by the Tashkent City Police Department.
It is reported that the incident occurred on April 19 at 07:30 in the Chilonzor district. The road patrol inspector signaled the Gentra car to stop, which had caused a traffic accident and was trying to hide from the scene. However, the driver did not obey this demand and tried to flee the scene, hitting several other cars.
As a result of the measures taken by law enforcement agencies, the car was stopped and the woman driving it was checked. It turned out that she did not have a driver's license and was under the influence of drugs. Unknown substances were also found in her and her passengers' personal belongings.
According to the owner of the car, the vehicle was registered in the name of her father. When the suspect asked to drive the car, he agreed to give her the steering wheel.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated in this case under Part 3, Subparagraph "g" of Article 277 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, and the suspects were detained in a procedural manner.
