Debtor’s Car Seized Due to Tax Debt

Based on the enforcement document regarding the recovery of 20,755,000 soums in tax debt from a farming enterprise, the Narpa District branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau carried out compulsory enforcement actions.

The debtor was given a legal deadline to voluntarily pay the debt based on the enforcement document. However, the debt was not settled within that time.

Therefore, the state enforcement officer initiated compulsory enforcement actions.

During the enforcement process, a “Lacetti” vehicle owned by the farming enterprise was seized and placed in an impound lot for temporary storage.

Currently, the Narpa District branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau is taking steps to put the vehicle up for sale through an electronic online auction. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
