The director of school No. 62 in the Uchtepa district of the city of Tashkent was removed from his post. This decision was made after the attitude of the head of the school towards the employees came to the attention of the general public.
In the videos circulated on social networks, it was found that the head of the school insulted female teachers under the supervision of 1st-grade students. This situation was systematically studied and analyzed in detail by the Tashkent City Department of Preschool and School Education.
According to the department, the employee's actions were deemed contrary to professional ethics and pedagogical norms. In this regard, legal measures were taken against him, and he was dismissed from his leadership position.
At the same time, it was once again reminded that all pedagogical and managerial staff working in the department system are required to strictly adhere to the rules of professional ethics. This event serves as a signal for the further development of professional ethics, responsibility, and a culture of effective communication for teachers and the population.
