On June 14, he published a video saying that if a girl truly loves him, she should ask for another wife as her mahr. This video caused significant criticism and discussion among social media users.
As a result, this incident drew the attention of law enforcement agencies. The young blogger admitted his guilt during a conversation with the authorities.
The man said that he did not know his actions were illegal, asked the court to ease his punishment, and provided information about his difficult situation. By court decision, X.J.
was fined 5,625,000 soums. For information: Mahr is an obligatory property that, according to Islamic family law, must be given by the husband to the wife at the time of marriage.
