Enforcement actions based on the decision of the Boyovut inter-district court of civil cases dated 10.10.2025, on collecting a debt of 2.2 million soums from the debtor citizen in favor of the “Hududgaz Sirdaryo” joint-stock company gas supply enterprise, were carried out by the Khovos district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
During enforcement proceedings, since the debt was not voluntarily repaid, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated and a “VAZ-2107” car belonging to the debtor was impounded and placed in a penalty area.
As a result, the debtor fully paid off the debt of 2.2 million soums and the enforcement of the court document was completed.
