In the Syrdarya region, a man who quarreled with a doctor and obstructed the medical examination process was administratively punished. According to the regional Department of Internal Affairs, he was placed under administrative arrest for 15 days by court order.
The incident occurred on November 9 of this year at 00:25 at the Syrdarya Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital in Mirzaabad district. The "102" service received a report that the patient's relatives were causing an argument in a medical facility.
When the prevention inspectors arrived at the hospital, it became known that the patient D.Kh. was brought by her husband S.Kh. and son A.Kh. On-duty doctor R.B. helped the patient hold his hand during the examination and pressed it with his hand to detect abdominal pain.
At that time, the patient's husband, out of jealousy, quarreled with the doctor.
During the pre-investigation check, a forensic medical examination of doctor R.B. was conducted and it was confirmed that he did not have bodily injuries or traces of injuries.
The collected documents were reviewed in the Mirzaabad District Court. The court found that citizen S.Kh. violated the requirements of Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 197-7 (obstruction of the lawful activity of a medical worker) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest.
