In Kashkadarya, a man who harassed his classmate was sentenced to 14 days

In the Kokdala district of Kashkadarya region, on November 14, a man who committed petty hooliganism against a female classmate in a public place was administratively punished.

It turned out that B.B., born in 1995, accidentally met his classmate G.M., who had married in the Khorezm region, on the way. He offered the woman "I'll take you to your father's house" and got her into his car.

However, on the way, B.B. stopped the car on the side of the road passing through the neighborhood, took G.M. by the hand, and expressed his feelings for him. At the same time, it was reported that she tried to kiss her classmate.

Initially, the investigative body assessed B.B.'s actions as sexual harassment under Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. However, the court, having analyzed the documents, reclassified the situation as "petty hooliganism." As a result, he was found guilty under Article 183 and sentenced to 14 days of administrative arrest.

The documents state that the arrest warrant has entered into legal force.
