
Raids to combat air pollution in the Andijan region are yielding results. In the Shahrikhan district, in order to ensure environmental sustainability and minimize air pollution, samosa factories were also covered. Thanks to special excavators, the tandoors for baking samsa were destroyed.

According to the district administration's statement, the raids are being carried out on the instructions of the regional governor, Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov. In a video provided by the Shahrixon district administration on December 3rd, the "Uch Ariq Oshxonasi," "Mehmon Oshxonasi," and "Bek Oshxonasi" cafes were demolished.

Daytime and evening raids are being conducted by a working group created to monitor the activities of these measures and improve the environmental situation. Early this morning, studies were conducted at facilities identified as the causes of air pollution, and the operation of catering and consumer service facilities that do not comply with the established requirements was suspended.

The district administration emphasized that these measures are aimed at ensuring public health and improving the environmental situation, and also contribute to improving the quality of utilities.
After the incident caused a resonance on the internet, this message, along with the attached video and photos, were deleted from the administration's Telegram channel.
