Pursuant to the decision of the Mirabad Interdistrict Civil Court dated 19 December 2025, the claimant M.A. was to be moved in, together with her three minor children, to a residence located in Yashnobod District and owned by her former spouse.
This enforcement document was accepted for proceedings on 24 December 2025 by state enforcement officer K. Bayzakova of the Yashnobod District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, and enforcement proceedings were initiated.
The debtor was granted a period to voluntarily comply with the court decision; however, the requirement was not fulfilled within the установленный time.
Subsequently, on 13 January 2026, the state enforcement officer carried out compulsory enforcement actions, and the mother and her three children were moved into the said residence.
