Motherhood protected: maternity benefit recovered through enforcement

The Olmazor District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau delivered another practical result in protecting citizens’ social rights, particularly in supporting motherhood.

Pursuant to the Shaykhontohur Interdistrict Civil Court decision dated October 30, 2025, the debtor LLC “K.S.J.” was ordered to pay claimant M.P. 5,773.3 thousand soums as a pregnancy and childbirth leave benefit.

Although the debtor company was granted 15 days to voluntarily comply with the enforcement document, payment was not made within the установленный period.

Thereafter, the state enforcement officer applied compulsory measures in accordance with the law and imposed a hold on the company’s bank accounts. As a result, 5,773.3 thousand soums were fully recovered and transferred to the citizen’s account.
