In Uzbekistan, following the results of the certification held in August–December 2025, the list of educators who attained the highest or first qualification category has been approved. These are teachers who scored 86 points or more in the certification, giving them an opportunity to significantly increase their monthly income. This was reported by podrobno.uz reports .
According to official data, 4,038 educators have been granted the right to receive an additional bonus equal to 70% of the base tariff rate. This incentive was established by a Cabinet of Ministers resolution dated September 17, 2021, and provides financial support to teachers who demonstrated high certification results and proved their professional competence.
Experts provide an example with calculations: if a top-category teacher’s base salary is 4 million soums, an additional 2.8 million soums is added due to an international certificate and high certification scores. As a result, the monthly income of an educator with qualifications meeting international standards totals 6.8 million soums.
The ministry has published the full list of bonus recipients. This system aims to raise the prestige of the teaching profession and attract highly qualified personnel to school education, thereby improving students’ learning outcomes.
