Mubashshir Ahmad was temporarily transferred to a specialized hospital in Tashkent - official

Mubashshir Ahmad (Alisher Tursunov), sentenced to 2.5 years in prison in October 2025, was brought to Tashkent from Colony No. 5 in the Kyzyltepa district of the Navoi region on February 20 for an in-depth medical examination.

His lawyer, Abdullah Sadiq, told Gazeta.uz about this.

According to him, Mubashshir Ahmad was temporarily transferred to specialized hospital No. 23 "Sangorod," located in the Yashnabad district. So far, his defender and relatives have not been able to see him.

According to the lawyer, the convict has "left leg arthrosis" and "diabetes mellitus," and recently he has experienced swelling in his legs again. Therefore, the doctors decided to conduct a full and in-depth medical examination. It is planned that the examination will last at least two weeks, and from next week all analyses will be collected.
