On March 13, 2026, enforcement proceedings were initiated against debtor B.T. to collect a criminal fine of 56,250,000 UZS for the state's benefit, based on an enforcement order issued by the Shaykhontohur District Court on criminal cases dated February 16, 2026, by the Mirzo Ulugbek District Department of the Bureau.
During enforcement actions, the debtor was thoroughly informed about the necessity of voluntarily paying the criminal fine within the specified deadline and that failure to do so could lead to more severe consequences under the law, including the possibility of replacing the fine with a custodial sentence.
Following the legal explanations and warnings provided, the debtor correctly assessed the situation, drew appropriate conclusions, and voluntarily paid the full criminal fine of 56.2 million UZS on March 24, 2026.
Accordingly, this enforcement document was completed in practice in accordance with Article 41 of the Law.
