According to the court order of the Bekabad Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases dated November 13, 2020, the clerk of the Bekabad city branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has ordered the collection of alimony in the amount of 1/4 part for the maintenance of one minor child in favor of recipient Yu.Yu. from debtor M.Yu. On the same day, a decision was made to initiate enforcement proceedings. The father had been evading payment of the alimony amount specified in the court order for his minor child.
Despite the state bailiff having officially warned the debtor several times, a search was announced for him because he had been evading both the payment of alimony debt and appearing at the department.
During the search operations, the debtor was found in Tashkent city and handed over to the state bailiff of the department.
According to the debt calculation decision, his alimony debt amounted to a total of 79 million 280 thousand soums; after being provided with legal explanations and warnings regarding the consequences of non-payment, the debt was paid in full.
