Currently, although state bodies regularly warn citizens through mass media that unauthorized construction of illegal structures must not be allowed and explain the consequences, we are witnessing the construction of illegal structures on land plots belonging to local administrations by certain citizens.
Specifically, based on the writ of execution dated August 27, 2025, from the Amudarya District Civil Court, it was ordered to forcibly demolish a 70 sq.m residential building illegally constructed on land in the "Faravon" MFY area of Amudarya district at the expense of the respondent A.G., and to restore the land plot to its original state.
This writ of execution was received by the Amudarya District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and enforcement actions were initiated by the department's state bailiffs.
Additionally, the state bailiff provided an explanation and warning to the respondent that they must demolish the illegal structure at their own expense, or otherwise face a fine amounting to 5 (five) times the base calculating amount in accordance with Article 1981 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As a result, on March 16 of this year, the illegal structure was voluntarily demolished by the respondent, ensuring the practical implementation of the court decision.
